This FAQ covers key actions and policies for managing your STOREVIBEE order — from tracking to resolving issues.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information or a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can monitor its progress using the carrier’s official tracking system.
Updating Order Details
Orders enter preparation immediately after submission, so changes may not be possible once placed — review all details carefully before completing checkout. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may still adjust certain details upon request.
Returning or Replacing Items
Returns are accepted only for items in original condition, with tags attached where applicable and no visible wear; clearance items are excluded from return eligibility. We do not process direct exchanges — approved returns result in a refund or other remedy in accordance with our Return Policy.
Out-of-Stock Items
Some out-of-stock items restock periodically. You can subscribe to restock notifications to be alerted when inventory becomes available again.
Correcting Shipping Information
An incorrect shipping address can be updated only if the order has not yet been packed or dispatched. Once processing moves beyond that stage, no further modifications to delivery details are possible.
Receiving Wrong or Faulty Items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To help us resolve this quickly, include:
• Your order number
• The product name or item code
• Clear photographs showing the issue
• A brief description of what’s wrong
We’ll review your submission and assist in accordance with our applicable policies.
Applying Discount Codes After Checkout
If you forgot to apply a discount code at checkout, reach out to us as soon as possible with both your order number and the code — we’ll review your request and provide assistance where available.
