When your order moves
Within 48 hours of placing your order, STOREVIBEE forwards it to our fulfillment facility. That handoff starts the clock.
From that point, full order processing — including verification, quality inspection, and packaging — takes 3–7 business days. Only then does STOREVIBEE dispatch your package.
What controls the clock
STOREVIBEE directly manages the first phase: getting your order into the fulfillment system within 48 hours, and completing all internal steps before shipment in 3–7 business days.
Once dispatched, timing shifts out of STOREVIBEE’s control. Transit duration — the 14–30 business days between dispatch and delivery — depends entirely on the carrier and customs authorities.
Why delays happen — and who’s responsible
Delays during transit are caused by external factors outside STOREVIBEE’s operations. These include:
- Public holidays
- Severe weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Transportation disruptions
- Destination-specific import requirements
STOREVIBEE does not manage carriers, border agencies, or local logistics infrastructure. We do not influence — nor accept responsibility for — delays arising from these areas.
What you can expect from us
